Every new RestoreAssist account starts on a 15-day trial. To keep using inspections, AI reports, and integrations after that, pick a paid plan.

When does the trial end

The trial runs for 15 days from signup. Three days before expiry you'll see a banner at the top of the dashboard. After day 15, your subscription status flips to CANCELED and AI-backed actions return HTTP 402 until you upgrade. Inspections you've already created stay readable.

Open the upgrade page

Click the Upgrade button in the dashboard top bar, or go directly to /billing/upgrade.

All prices are AUD and include 10% GST per Australian Tax Office rules. Invoices are issued monthly to the ABN on file.

Checkout

Click Upgrade to STANDARD (or PREMIUM). RestoreAssist sends you to Stripe Checkout. After payment your subscription status flips to ACTIVE immediately — no waiting on webhooks for the UI to unlock.

What happens to my data if the trial expires

Cancel or downgrade

From Settings → Billing → Manage subscription you can cancel or switch tiers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrades from PREMIUM to STANDARD pro-rate the difference as account credit.
